Area HR Manager (m/f) 100%

In a nutshell, you provide full support in all HR operations to eight local country organizations across the area summed up as Southern Europe. By doing so, you effectively collaborate with your superior, the Head HR EMEA. In this vital role, you have multiple functions acting as a competent, versatile and agile coach, advisor, trouble shooter and change agent for the country executives. Liaising between the Headquarter, the Business Area Manager as well as the Management on site, you develop and introduce tools and core procedures, enhance group objectives and drive corporate projects within your region. Moreover, you provide leadership in a wide range of HR related operational and administrative services to the subsidiaries – always keeping an eye on the specific local business needs and performance targets. In line with the corporate & regional HR strategy and guidelines, one of your main concerns will be implementing and aligning standard procedures and operational structures across your area. Generally, this means employee engagement, succession planning and talent management. More specifically, you will be filling management positions, assisting on-boarding processes and international assignments, as well as talent and compensation reviews. Your stakeholder management also includes guidance in critical personnel matters and different support such as in change issues and communication campaigns. Last but not least, you work on various corporate and regional HR.

To succeed in this challenging position, you are a self-starter with a Business Management background and an HR track record in international, fast-paced corporate environments and have at least three years of experience in this field. Previous intercultural experience in a management function and a certain routine with projects are some further achievements of your professional past. A comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures helps you to implement complex HR assignments. If you possess a strategic mindset with a strong focus on operational execution and a hands-on, action-oriented approach, you match the lean company culture of our client.
