Your mission

In this role you effectively collaborating with your superior, the Head Group HR, and acting as her versatile sparring partner. In our decentralized structure you cover the entire HR Life Cycle at the  Head Office within Corporate Functions plus support the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and values on global level. As an active change agent, you support the cultural transformation within the company. In line with its pursuit of excellence in each aspect of the business, you are identifying, attracting and developing the very best talents. For you, active stakeholder management means building joint positive relationships with the Line Managers and providing leadership and coaching in topics such as team building, supporting growth as well as driving performance. As a trusted Business Partner, you will also be involved in performance engagement, succession planning, learning and development and enhancing employer branding measures. Moreover, you are engaged in international Graduate Programs, Global Mobility and Leadership Trainings. No doubt, this is a truly broad and exciting HR role.

Your profile

To succeed in this challenging position, you possess a relevant degree with an HR track record of at last 5 years’ experience on corporate level in an international, fast-paced environment. Wide expertise and comprehensive knowledge of learning and development issues plus excellent project- and change management skills are essential. If you possess a proactive and innovative mindset with a strong focus on operational execution and an entrepreneurial approach, you match the hands-on company culture. The personal fit calls for a positive personality with style, a keen intuition and flexibility. Thanks to your outstanding communication skills and interpersonal capacity, combined with utmost discretion, you gain trust and credibility throughout the company. To be on eye level with your stakeholders, you are committed to efficiency as well as to uncompromising quality. The nature of this profile requires excellent command of German and English, whereas any additional languages would be an asset.
