Group HR Manager 60% (m/f)

In short: You provide full support in all essential HR operations within the holding company and its subsidiaries. By doing so, you effectively collaborate with your superior, the CEO of the Group, as well as the relevant local and regional partners. In this newly created role, you are fully responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle for senior positions within the group. From sourcing to recruiting and to hiring new colleagues – you will be the one steering the process. In addition, you act as a competent, versatile sparring partner to the HR teams in the widespread business units. You are the one who will assist in identifying HR opportunities and foster that each HR organization clearly understands their role in contributing to the business unit success. In your wide range of support, you have an open eye and ear for specific local business needs.

To succeed in this challenging position, you are a straightforward self-starter with a university degree and an HR track record of at least 10 years in international, fast-paced small to medium sized companies. On top, you are an expert when it comes to full cycle staffing do’s and don’ts, ideally with headhunter experience. You are equally familiar with labor and security law, whereas experience in the fields of change management and compensation and benefits is considered a plus. If you possess a well-structured mindset with a strong focus on operational execution and a hands-on approach, you match the lean company culture of our client.
