Senior Director HR Central Functions (m/f) 100%

working from Bellheim (between Karlsruhe and Mannheim), with the possibility of two days home office.

In short, you will support the Central Functions of Kardex with approximately 230 employees at three locations within Germany. As Business Partner, you will fully support your seven stakeholders in Business Partnering for Technology, Finance & Administration, Information Technology, OEM, Marketing and Service in all aspects of their business activities. As a committed Partner, you will deal with complex performance, talent management and other HR issues, assessing staffing needs and delivering tangible solutions for each of the departments. By doing so, you will always keep an eye on specific local business needs and performance targets as well as internal HR strategy and guidelines plus German labor law. Sustainable results in terms of budget, employee engagement and time to hire are, therefore, your main KPIs. In this both hands-on and strategic role, you will have multiple functions acting as a competent, versatile and agile coach, advisor, trouble shooter and change agent for the business heads. You will closely collaborate with your manager, the Divisional Head HR based in Sweden, your peers on site and around the world plus your small local HR team. Last but not least, you will be involved in a variety of HR projects contributing your personal talents and passion for HR.

To succeed in this challenging position, you are a self-starter with an academic degree and an HR track record in an international, fast-paced software or industrial environment. Furthermore, you have at least seven years of experience in a senior HR role with a leadership function. Your professional past in a tariff and non-tariff environment have equipped you with a solid knowledge of German labor law. In addition, you have successfully driven organizational change projects. Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills help you to fulfil complex hiring assignments, and an understanding of payroll will be beneficial. If you possess a strategic mindset with a focus on operational execution and a hands-on, action-oriented approach, you will match the company culture of our client.
