Executive Assistant to the Group CFO (m/w)
80-100%

In this position, you will be the central point orchestrating all administrative matters for the CFO. This requires you to effortlessly liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, set the right priorities, and resolve issues effectively and independently. In your role you provide high-quality results even under pressure and know how to manage the CFO’s complex agenda with ease and cleverness. Your interest in numbers allows you to easily grasp financial topics as well as produce related presentations and reports. Your keen perception and foresight guarantee that all organizational tasks such as travel arrangements, meetings and events are handled in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you substitute the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO and when necessary, act as a shared resource for the CFO’s local and global leadership team. Depending on your skills and preferences, you will also be involved in projects.

To be successful in this role, you are expected to have at least three years prior experience working with C-level executives in an international, fast-paced corporate environment. Previous exposure to financial topics will be beneficial. Fluency in English is a must, eloquence in German a great plus. You are service-oriented, work in a focused manner and take ownership for both small and large issues at stake. On top of that, you are technically savvy, using remote means of communication and are competent with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, you possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with the poise to work closely alongside the CFO and other senior executives. This job will not require you to be available 24/7, but to be flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Of course, discretion, integrity and reliability are paramount, as you will handle highly confidential information and must respect deadlines.
