Head Sales Food Solutions

Our client company, HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition AG, is entering a new phase of growth. With expanding production capacity and ambitious commercial objectives, the company is strengthening its Food Solutions / Dairy Ingredients business. The focus lies on developing new markets, structuring commercial structures and fully leveraging existing potential – both in Switzerland and internationally. We are therefore looking for a senior commercial personality who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Role / Your Mission

As Head Sales Food Solutions, you take overall responsibility and actively develop the market, acquire new customers and further expand existing key accounts. You are directly involved in the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and presenting products to conducting negotiations and closing contracts. You carry full responsibility for revenue, margins as well as profitability and manage your business in a clearly KPI-driven manner. In close collaboration with management, you help shape and implement the Food Solutions / Dairy Ingredients -straegy and actively contribute to the further development of the commercial setup. Where relevant, you are involved in product innovations, portfolio development and the optimisation of commercial and operational processes. Thanks to your well-organised, entrepreneurial work style, you contribute to a more structured and transparent everyday routine within the small and growing sales team.

Your Profile

You bring solid senior experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally within the dairy or food ingredients industry. You have a strong understanding of production-driven environments and are familiar with industry quality standards and industry dynamics. You think strategically, act entrepreneurially and are highly hands-on in daily business. You are numbers-driven, profit-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for results. You are familiar and experienced with opening new markets, approaching new customers and demanding stakeholders. You are a grounded, authentic personality who can confidently represent the company within the Swiss dairy and food industry while also operating successfully in an international context. Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and a proactive mindset are essential. Solid skills in English and German are required; Swiss-German is an advantage.
