Our client is a highly renowned NPO in the field of medicine with a global scope and headquarters in Switzerland. For one of its branches, located in Landquart, we are looking for an independently acting and innovative thinking

HR Business Partner (m/f) 100%

ideally starting at the beginning of 2022. In this newly created position, your main responsibility is the full support in all essential HR operations for one of the business units, covering approximately 100 people across the globe. You provide the same service to one of its smaller daughter companies in Switzerland. Supported by a part-time assistant and effectively collaborating with your superior, the Head HR, you cover the entire HR Life Cycle. From recruitment incl. employer branding, to performance and compensation management, to talent development and succession planning – you will be the one monitoring the processes, making sure that they are implemented professionally. Your stakeholder management also includes leadership in a wide range of HR related operational and administrative services within your area of responsibility – always keeping an eye on the specific needs. The organization will appreciate you as a competent, versatile sparring partner. In line with the HR strategy, one of your main challenges will be developing and leading the center of expertise for continuous people and management development. As an active change and transformation agent and liaising with your manager and the two HR-peers, you will develop and introduce tools and core procedures across the organization.

To succeed in this challenging position, you are a straightforward self-starter with a solid academic background and a track record of around 10 years as an international HR Business Partner. You are a passionate expert in the HR field with a comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures. Previous intercultural experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or health sector is definitely a plus. If you possess a conceptual mindset with a strong focus on operational execution and a hands-on approach, you match the culture of our client. In the same context, the willingness to travel is equally expected, whereas similar flexibility applies to regular visits of the local branches of the NPO.
