Regional Director HR Central Europe (m/f) 100%

working from Neuburg an der Kammel (between Ulm and Augsburg), with the possibility of two days home office.

In short, you will provide full support in all HR operations to seven local country organizations across Central Europe with approximately 320 employees. As their committed Business Partner, you drive a variety of initiatives and cover all aspects of their business activities, such as complex performance, talent management and other HR issues plus intense staffing needs. By doing so, you will always keep an eye on specific local business requirements and performance targets as well as internal HR strategy and guidelines plus the relevant labor law. Finding tangible solutions and driving sustainable results in terms of adapting structures and introducing new measures are your main KPIs. In this mostly strategic role with hands-on aspects, you will act as a competent, versatile and agile networker, enabler and change agent. You will closely collaborate with your manager, the Divisional Head HR based in Sweden, as well as the Regional Directors and global peers. The development, coaching and leadership of your small HR team is a key function of your role.

To succeed in this challenging position, you are a self-starter with an academic degree and an HR track record in a fast-paced sales or service organization. Furthermore, you have at least seven years of experience in a senior HR role with a leadership function, supporting a vast geographic region. Your professional past has equipped you with a solid experience in collaborating with workers’ councils. In addition, you have successfully driven organizational change projects. Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills help you to fulfil complex hiring assignments. If you possess a strategic mindset and an action-oriented approach, you will match the company culture of our client. The personal fit requires a resilient, easy-going, but decisive personality with a strong business acumen and flexibility to adapt to ongoing change in a highly dynamic business. Your outstanding interpersonal skills enable you to gain trust and credibility across the company and to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity on all levels.
