International Recruiting Specialist (100%) m/f

This newly created role is based at the company’s HQ in the region of Berne, but you will also have the possibility to work at the office in Zurich. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you are responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle of the subsidiaries in a number of selected countries in Europe and the Middle East. From sourcing to recruiting and to hiring new staff members – you will be the one steering the process. As an experienced professional, you know exactly what that means. Not only do you possess the necessary creativity, energy and determination to find “the needle in the haystack” and attract the best talents on the market, you also have internalised the formal aspects of the role. You understand that the success of any hiring process is determined by the clarity of its mandate and the alignment with the hiring manager as to the job description, advert, sourcing approach, budget and recruitment plan. You are a gifted sourcing specialist in analysing the market and exploring the very best opportunities to identify potential talents through social media. Further in the process, you screen and conduct interviews with potential candidates on a remote basis. Throughout your career, you have proven that you master all steps up to and after the successful staffing of the vacancy. To sum it up, you are an exemplary representative of the company when it comes to employer branding and a positive candidate experience.

Our ideal candidate has a higher education, supplemented by at least three years of full cycle staffing/recruiting experience in a competitive international setting, ideally in an agency or in the luxury industry. Previous experience in the Swiss market and familiarity with local labour law is beneficial. A certain geographic flexibility is expected, should you have your roots in the Zurich area. You are a skilled user of digital tools with a high IT affinity, having a proven expertise in web-based technology, knowing the latest trends and are driven by innovation. As a true team player with excellent communication skills, you easily create contacts and liaise with internal clients, external partners and target groups. As English is the corporate language, excellent written and oral communications skills are a must, whereas German and French are an asset. You regard yourself as a talent advisor who effectively advises, supports and challenges line managers. On a personal level, you are a service-oriented, quick minded and outgoing personality – a resilient self-starter who has a high level of self-motivation and an independent way of working. On top, you possess a can-do mentality and a pragmatic attitude, enabling you to adapt to a cross-cultural and energetic business environment. Thanks to your multitasking ability and sense of urgency, your ability to set priorities and to go the extra mile, blended with a well-structured, analytical and systematic approach, you will contribute to the professional reputation of the company in terms of its talent acquisition.
