you will dependably and efficiently support the Chief Commercial Officer in all administrative matters of his global responsibilities. Let’s put it straight: as much as you embrace the modern benefits of digital transformation, you just love being a classic assistant. You enjoy managing the CCO’s busy agenda and thus having an effective impact on the smooth functioning of his daily business. This includes setting up and coordinating internal meetings – be it with the management committee, different stakeholders or his direct reports overseas. As a keen personal «travel agent», you enjoy managing his complex trips. You are well aware that processing and filing expense reports cross your desk. Setting up workshops, town hall meetings as well as «team events» will play a recurring role within your duties. Overall, you are, of course, not a “lone wolf”, but will collaborate with and provide occasional backup to other C-level Assistants on the same floor.

This position requires a commercial apprenticeship or the equivalent and several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment. Previous engagement in a fast paced industry is a strong asset. First and foremost, «maybe» or «later» are not part of your vocabulary. Quite the contrary, your service-oriented, proactive attitude helps you to drive projects forward. You are confident without being arrogant and prefer a hands-on spirit and an outcome-oriented culture. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team as well as independently. Excellent social and communication skills enable you to form an effective internal network within the company and to liaise with the upper management. Thanks to your mental flexibility and resilience under pressure, you will successfully handle multiple assignments and “go the extra mile”. The global nature of the function requires excellent command of English as well as German and possibly Spanish. Proficiency with MS Office is expected. Attention to detail, reliability and discretion are, of course, keywords for this challenging position.
